About iLEAD Senior

iLEAD Senior has been at the forefront of our initiatives since 2011, consistently delivering impactful leadership training to young delegates aged 18 to 25 years old. Previously, the project successfully expanded to Swansea and Newport before the pandemic. Our mission is to equip young leaders with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their chosen paths, making a positive impact on society and representing their communities with pride.

An Inspiring Journey at Prestigious Venues

At iLEAD Senior, we believe in creating a transformative learning experience for our delegates. Our programme is conducted over six months at aspirational venues across the city, including esteemed locations like Cardiff and Vale College Board Room, HMS Cambria, South Wales Police Headquarters, Cardiff University, and Tramshed Tech. Each session takes place once a month on a Saturday, with training conducted from 9:30am to 3:30pm, ensuring a comprehensive and engaging learning environment. We provide lunch and prayer facilities to ensure delegates are comfortable throughout the day.

Expert Facilitators and Islamic Training

Our programme features an impressive lineup of facilitators and trainers, with sessions delivered by public service organisations and educational institutions Our Partners.

Dr Abdul Azim Ahmed and Sheikh Asim Hafeez, both recognized Islamic scholars in Wales, lead the Islamic training. They bring deep insights and knowledge, enriching the learning experience with Islamic principles and teachings.

Therefore, all our sessions are meticulously designed to be interactive, thought-provoking, and challenging.
